Angelina College Law Enforcement Academy to again offer Basic Peace Officer Course in Jasper

For those who do not already know, the Jasper Area Regional Training Facility Committee has engaged with the Angelina College Law Enforcement Academy to again offer the Basic Peace Officer Course in Jasper, Texas starting in early 2025.

Attached please find the newly released informational flyer for the Angelina Law Enforcement Academy Basic Peace Officer Course. The informational session is scheduled for August 6, 2024 at 6 pm at the Jasper County Courthouse Annex, 271 East Lamar Street in Jasper. Anyone who is interested with enrolling in the course is encouraged to and should attend this meeting.

The course will be held in Jasper, at the Deep East Texas College and Career Academy at 450 Bulldog Avenue in Jasper, starting on Monday, February 5th, 2025 at 6 pm. It is approximately 10.5 months in length.
