Hurricane Warning east of Sabine Pass, the Coastal Waters, Cameron and Vermilion Parish, Louisiana.

Tropical Storm Warning: Jefferson, Orange, Southern Jasper and Southern Newton Counties. This means wind of 39 mph or greater are possible.

WEDNESDAY | Category 2 Hurricane Francine is forecast to move just offshore the SE Texas Coastline roughly between Mid Morning Wednesday through the Middle Afternoon hours Wednesday.
