POTENTIAL TC # 6 | Another shift to the east has been noted in the latest NHC forecast cone of uncertainty with landfall now expected in Louisiana. A shift back to the west is possible as the center of circulation still hasn't formed but things are looking a lot better for Southeast Texas.
