Voluntary evacuation is strongly advised for the areas of Rockland, Fox Landing, Mt. Neches, Barlow, and Sheffield's Ferry due to the rising Neches River levels. Although the rain has passed, we are still expecting higher levels due to the water flowing from our northern neighbors.
